Unit Hack Tester Terms

Effective September 24, 2026. These terms apply to complimentary tester access to Unit Hack for the MCAT® exam. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If these Tester Terms conflict with the general Terms specifically about complimentary tester access, these Tester Terms control for that tester access.

Tester agreement

Please read these terms before applying. If selected, you will be asked to confirm your agreement before enrollment.

Who can participate?

Testers must be at least 18 years old and currently preparing for the MCAT. Tester participation is voluntary. You are not an employee, contractor, spokesperson, or paid endorser of The Procrastination Pro.

What access do I receive?

Selected testers receive complimentary full access during a three-week testing period. “Complete the feedback process” means submitting meaningful responses to the required tester-feedback prompts within the three-week period, based on a genuine attempt to use and evaluate the course. If you complete that process, you may keep complimentary full access to Unit Hack afterward, including future updates made to Unit Hack. This does not include other present or future products and has no cash value. Complimentary access is personal and non-transferable. It may be suspended or revoked for violations of these terms, account sharing, copying or redistribution, misuse, attempts to bypass access controls, fraud, security or legal concerns, or if Unit Hack is discontinued or materially migrated in a way that makes continued access impracticable.

What may I do with the course?

Use Unit Hack for your own noncommercial study and take ordinary personal notes. Do not share logins or access; copy, repost, upload, sell, distribute, or publicly share lessons, screenshots, screen recordings, charts, questions, explanations, files, source code, or interactive content; bulk-download, scrape, extract, mirror, archive, or create an offline copy; bypass access controls; or use the materials to build another course, question bank, dataset, model, or commercial product. These restrictions do not prevent you from giving an honest review or opinion about your experience, and they do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

How does feedback and quoting work?

Your feedback should be honest, not positive. Complimentary access is not conditioned on a positive review, rating, testimonial, or public post. Private tester feedback may be used to evaluate and improve Unit Hack, but you retain ownership of your feedback. I will ask separately before publishing private feedback as a testimonial or using your name. If you give quote permission, I may make light edits for spelling, grammar, or length that do not change your meaning, and any public tester quote will be accompanied by a disclosure that the tester received complimentary access. If you independently choose to post a public endorsement or review, disclose that you received complimentary tester access where required by law or platform rules. You remain free to give an honest negative, neutral, or positive opinion.
