Terms of Service

Effective date: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of educational resources and related services offered by The Procrastination Pro, including Unit Hack, CARS: Uncomplicated, the CARS Pattern Check, free materials, paid digital access, the Practice Lab, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting the website, creating an account, accessing a free resource, or purchasing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

The Procrastination Pro offers independent educational resources for MCAT® preparation. Current and planned Services may include Unit Hack for the MCAT® exam, CARS: Uncomplicated, and free resources such as the CARS Pattern Check.

The Services may include:

  • free previews, pattern-identification tools, and educational materials;
  • Unit Hack Founder Access;
  • paid digital workbooks or other educational resources offered on an applicable sales and checkout page;
  • lessons, examples, drills, practice sets, and a Bonus Passage;
  • browser-based interactive tools; and
  • support and administrative communications.

The specific content, delivery method, price, and features included in any paid purchase are those described on the applicable sales and checkout pages at the time of purchase.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and authorize your purchase and use of the Services.

You must provide accurate account and purchase information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or publicly post your login credentials or course access.

Notify us promptly at hello@theprocrastinationpro.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Price, Payment, and Taxes

The price charged is the price displayed and accepted at checkout. As of the effective date, Unit Hack Founder Access is offered for $79 one-time. Full access. No subscription. Early access price may increase as the course expands.

Other paid products or bundles, when offered, are charged at the price and on the payment terms displayed at their applicable checkout. A one-time purchase is not a subscription unless the applicable checkout expressly states otherwise and you separately agree to recurring billing.

Payment is processed by Stripe or another payment provider displayed at checkout. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you submit. We do not control a payment provider's independent services, security procedures, or terms.

You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, currency-conversion charges, or similar charges imposed in connection with your purchase, except taxes we are legally required to collect and remit.

4. Refund Policy

Paid Services provide access to digital educational content. Except where required by law or expressly stated on the applicable offer or checkout page, purchases are final once the purchased digital access or resource has been delivered.

We will investigate and correct verified duplicate charges or other billing errors. If a technical problem attributable to us prevents access to a purchased Service, contact hello@theprocrastinationpro.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to restore or provide the purchased access. If we cannot provide what was purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, or consumer-protection right provided by applicable law. A refund does not permit continued use, copying, distribution, or retention of paid materials where continued retention is not otherwise required by law.

5. Personal, Limited License

Subject to these Terms and payment of any required fee, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own noncommercial study.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit course or educational content;
  • share paid content, screenshots, files, answer explanations, access links, or login credentials with another person or group;
  • record, scrape, crawl, download in bulk, extract, frame, mirror, or create a database from the Services;
  • remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or rights notices;
  • reverse engineer, interfere with, disable, or circumvent security, access controls, or technical restrictions;
  • use the Services to build, train, evaluate, or improve another course, question bank, product, model, dataset, or commercial service;
  • present The Procrastination Pro educational content as your own; or
  • use the Services unlawfully or in a way that harms the Services or another person.

Ordinary notes made for your personal study are permitted. No other rights are granted.

6. Educational Purpose; No Score Guarantee

The Services are provided for general educational and test-preparation purposes. They are not medical, legal, financial, admissions, academic-advising, or other professional advice.

We do not guarantee:

  • any MCAT score or score increase;
  • admission to any school or program;
  • mastery, completion, or a particular learning outcome;
  • that every item appearing on an exam will be covered; or
  • that exam content, policies, scoring, or specifications will remain unchanged.

You remain responsible for your study decisions, exam registration, compliance with testing rules, and use of exam information published by the AAMC.

7. Digital Access and Changes

Unit Hack Founder Access provides access to the paid Unit Hack materials made available to Founder Access purchasers. For any other paid Service, the access or delivery method is the method described on the applicable sales and checkout pages at the time of purchase.

A purchase does not promise that a particular hosting platform, technical feature, page design, third-party integration, or delivery method will remain available indefinitely. We may correct errors, update content, add or remove features, reorganize materials, perform maintenance, or migrate the Services to another platform, provided that we continue to honor non-waivable rights and the substance of the purchased access as required by law.

We will not convert a one-time purchase into a recurring subscription without your separate, express agreement.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security work, internet failures, platform outages, payment-provider issues, or events outside our reasonable control. If we discontinue a paid Service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

8. Practice Lab and Browser-Local Progress

Practice Lab progress is designed to be stored in the current browser or device. It is not represented as account-synced storage.

Switching browsers or devices, using a private browsing session, blocking local storage, or clearing cookies or site data may reset progress. People using the same browser profile may be able to see or affect locally stored work. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate browser profile and device.

We do not guarantee that locally stored attempts, misses, tags, or progress can be restored.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, selection, structure, design, branding, graphics, code, lessons, explanations, and other materials are owned by or licensed to The Procrastination Pro and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

“Unit Hack,” “CARS: Uncomplicated,” “Units first. Math last.,” associated branding, and original educational materials may not be used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

If you believe material in the Services infringes your rights, contact hello@theprocrastinationpro.com with enough detail for us to evaluate the claim.

10. Feedback and Communications

If you voluntarily send suggestions or feedback about the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information or private support communications.

You agree that we may send transactional or administrative communications about your purchase, account, security, access, or material changes to the Services or these Terms. Marketing messages are governed by the Privacy Policy and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on third parties, including Systeme.io, payment processors, hosting providers, email-delivery services, and internet infrastructure. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse all third-party content and are not responsible for third-party products, services, availability, security, or practices.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you:

  • violated these Terms;
  • shared or misused course access;
  • infringed intellectual-property rights;
  • engaged in fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful conduct;
  • created a security risk; or
  • failed to pay an amount properly due.

When practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a non-serious violation. We may act immediately when needed to protect users, content, systems, or legal rights.

Upon termination, your license to use paid content ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, dispute, and payment provisions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet every learner's needs or that all errors or interruptions will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Procrastination Pro and its operator, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost study time, lost opportunities, or exam-related losses arising from or related to the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid directly to us for the applicable Service.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-waivable rights under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Procrastination Pro and its operator from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, infringement of another person's rights, or material violation of these Terms. This section does not require indemnification for our own fraud, willful misconduct, or conduct for which indemnification cannot legally be required.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought in a state or federal court located in New York State, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of mandatory rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under the law applicable to that consumer.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, security needs, or business practices. The revised version will state a new effective date. If a change materially affects existing paid access, we will provide reasonable notice through the website, account, or email when required by law.

Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

18. General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, except for any additional written terms displayed and accepted at checkout.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, asset transfer, or other lawful business succession.

Section headings are for convenience only.
