THE PROCRASTINATION PRO · UNIT HACK FOR THE MCAT® EXAM

Stop memorizing formulas. Start reading units.

Everyone tells you to “use the units.” Almost nobody shows you how. Unit Hack is the missing procedure — a repeatable way to turn the answer-choice unit into a setup, before the passage gets a chance to overwhelm you.

UNITS FIRST. MATH LAST.
$79 one-time. Full access. No subscription.

The unit gives you the destination before the passage gives you the noise.

Endpoint Targeting
Find the target unit before touching numbers.
What is the rate at which energy is transferred?
rate energy/time J/s W
TARGET UNITW

Watch a wrong answer happen — in real time.

This is a real trap students fall into constantly: a familiar-looking number, in the wrong unit, sitting right there in the answer choices. Unit Hack teaches you to catch it before you calculate — not after.

THE SETUP LOOP
WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for one specific kind of premed student.

Unit Hack is for you if:

You understand the physics and chemistry content, but you freeze the moment a calculation question shows up
You’ve been told “just use the units” and never actually learned what that means step by step
You mix up look-alike units under pressure — J vs W, N vs Pa, C vs A
You’ve calculated a clean, confident number that answered the wrong question
You want a repeatable procedure, not another formula sheet to memorize

By the end of Unit Hack, you’ll be able to:

01Identify the target unit before reading a passage in depth
02Break any target unit into the pieces you actually need to look for
03Tell real givens apart from passage noise, every time
04Build a setup that’s provably correct before you touch a calculator
05Catch wrong-endpoint, inverted-ratio, and prefix errors before they cost you points
06Know exactly where unit logic ends and content knowledge has to take over
WHAT’S INSIDE

Four phases. One method that never changes.

PHASE 1
Core Reflex
The six-step loop, trained one move at a time until it’s automatic — and protecting your setup from prefix and scientific-notation errors
Lessons 0–9
PHASE 2
Unit Decoder
Applying the loop across every major MCAT C/P unit family — mechanics, electricity, fluids, waves/optics, thermodynamics, chemistry.
Lessons 10–15
PHASE 3
Tactical Tools
Reading graphs and tables by unit structure, no-calculator arithmetic, pH and log magnitude
Lessons 16–18
PHASE 4
Test-Day Execution
Knowing when units aren’t enough, timed triage, and a review system that finds your actual weak step.
Lessons 19–24

This is a structure overview, not the lessons themselves — you’ll see the real content once you’re inside.

THE SHIFT

One question changes everything.

Before you touch a number, Unit Hack trains you to ask a different first question — the one that tells you exactly where you’re going before you’ve read a single line of the passage.

Once you know the destination, the passage stops being noise. It becomes a parts list.

(This is the whole idea. It’s also as much as we’ll tell you here — you’ll feel the difference the first time you run it yourself.)

FORMAT & LOGISTICS

Short lessons. One move each.

A six-step procedure. One job each.

Target → Decode → Collect → Build → Cancel → Check

Every lesson trains one link in this chain until it stops feeling like a checklist and starts feeling like a reflex. We won’t spoil what each step does here — but by the end of Phase 1, you’ll run all six without thinking about it.

FORMATSelf-paced, entirely online
STRUCTUREShort lessons, each built around one procedural move — plan on roughly 5–10 minutes per lesson, not a lecture-length sit-down
EVERY LESSONone worked example, one common trap, and one required checkpoint before you move on
PRACTICEA dedicated practice mode with drills for every step of the loop, plus an Error Log that helps you track which Unit Hack step broke first — never just “be more careful”
REQUIREMENTSNo prior Unit Hack experience needed. You should already be studying MCAT C/P content elsewhere — this is a setup-and-reasoning trainer, not a content course

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to already know MCAT physics and chemistry content?

Yes — Unit Hack isn’t a content course. It assumes you’re studying C/P content elsewhere and focuses entirely on the setup and reasoning step that usually trips people up.

How long does the course take?

It’s self-paced. Lessons run roughly 5–10 minutes each, built around one procedural move at a time, so you can work through it in short sessions.

Is this only for the MCAT?

Unit Hack is built specifically around quantitative C/P calculation questions — the unit families, the trap patterns, and the pacing are all designed around that exam.

What if I’m already decent at unit conversions?

The loop still catches the errors that show up under time pressure — wrong endpoints, inverted ratios, and missing prefix conversions are common even for students who understand units conceptually.
